Bershy is the shimmering pop persona of Midwest-born artist Brea Shay, a rising voice in queer pop. Emerging in 2020 with three self-released demos, she quickly gained support from Inhailer Radio 90.9 and established herself as one of Cincinnati’s most promising new artists. Collaborating with producer Coran Stetter of Multimagic, her breakout came in 2023 when TikTok tastemaker The Bun shared her dance-floor-ready love anthem "Radio". She followed up in 2024 with "4U" before relocating to Los Angeles. In 2025, "Radio" was featured in Episode 6 of the hit game Dispatch, taking the song, and Bershy, to new heights.
